Col. Wm. F. Cody [picture] : "Buffalo Bill." [between 1885 and 1900?]

Colonel Wm. F. Cody poses in thigh high leather boots, light colored pants with a large belt buckle, a dark shirt, and a leather jacket with fringe and decorations. His hat sits to one side on his head, and his narrow beard is much lighter than his shoulder-length hair. His right hand rests on the butt of his rifle, which is propped on the ground at his side.
